I am NOT a vegetarian. I tried it once, but, well, I missed a juicy steak. I went to Sublime, begrudgingly, for a birthday party dinner. It's not that I'm against healthy eating, it just seems so much 'health food' out there decidedly chooses nutrition over taste. I've also noticed, I can create a totally tasteless meal all on my own. So when I go out to dinner, I want my senses to be dazzled. I went into Sublime fearing the worst and came out transformed, transcended, they've figured it out. Sublime is not only a vegan, vegetarian restauraunt suitable for a devout meat eater like me, it is probably one of the best restaurants in Fort Lauderdale. You might think I'm exaggerating, I'm not.
