I think Sage is best described as a 'Country French Restaurant'. It has that French cafe feeling, they hold wine tastings every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month and the service is classic French- superbe. The fare is comfort food at its best. I'd have nearly anything on the menu, but If you need an idea, try the Roasted Duck or Steak Maurice. mmmm....Feeling risque? Go for the frog legs- tastes like chicken, really!
